Centralizes the financial and administrative services of CCR Group. It also coordinates the management and dissemination of sustainability across all business units.

Concentrates the engineering excellence of CCR Group, from the design of projects through to the final delivery of works geared towards better results, greater comfort, seamless operations, guidance and safety for users.
CCR EngelogTec
CCR Group’s technology center which plays a strategic and functional role close to the business units in information technology, automation and electrical/electronic maintenance processes.
SAMM
Provides high capacity data transmission and IP connectivity services in the states of São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro and Paraná.
Sustainability management
CCR Group has several mechanisms that ensure and promote the inclusion of sustainability in its business strategy. The advisory bodies of the Board of Directors include the Strategy and Sustainability Committee, whose duties encompass the formulation of recommendations for the management of environmental and social risks and opportunities in the company’s growth strategy.
The Sustainability Steering Committee, in turn, is responsible for developing guidelines to ensure the implementation of CCR Group’s sustainability strategy in the short, medium and long term. The business units also have their Sustainability Committees, which develop targets and action plans to respond to corporate sustainability guidelines.
In the shared services structure, CCR Actua is responsible for the centralized management of sustainability, covering the strategy of communication and engagement of employees, relationships with external entities and consolidation of indicators related to CCR Group’s social and environmental performance. In each business unit there is an Advanced Sustainability Post, employees prepared to manage these aspects locally while taking the specific situation of each concession into consideration.
